Where can I buy a big blue bow for my hair?

I need one for a school project. Something similar to Ariel - The Little Mermaid when she wears a blue dress. I really need a place I can buy one or how to make something similar. Preferably where I can buy one that's not too expensive. I'm already paying $20 for a wig >< see the things I do for school :P
