Does anyone know what kind of rash this is?

I am an 18 year old male who has had a reocurring rash on my left hand only. I work at a fast food restaraunt and wear(wore) latex powdered gloves and I also work with bleach in a sanitizing liquid. I have this rash that consists of small red patches with bumps that are bundled together on only my left hand that goes from the back of my thumb to the end of my wrist. My co-workers said that someone that works at the restaraunt had the same kind of rash from the powdered latex gloves and working with the chlorine bleach sanitizing liquid. So I discontinued the use of the latex gloves and switched to non-powdered vinyl gloves and still work with the bleach. My rash went away for about a month but all of a sudden reappeared. No idea what this is. It only itches when it gets warm or hot, otherwise it doesn't bother me but is quite unsightly. Any ideas?
