Cardiff, plymouth, hertfordshire, bournemouth and chichester uni?

If you know of any of these...could you please tell me how multicultural you would consider them? How friendly is the atmosphere? I livein london and am therefore in a comfortable zone where there are many cultures and It's not out of the ordinary to see an asian here, is it the same at any of these universities? Any help would be fantastic...i am terrified of moving out and being the odd one out!
