I fell sick and fell like am going to bleed?

This might sound silly but are you definitely pregnant and not just due your period? I know it is possible but by your dates that would mean you conceived about a week after your previous miscarriage? If you had done a pregnancy test so soon it could still show positive from your miscarriage. I know from personal experience it takes a while for everything to settle down again and about 6 weeks for your periods to resume.
