How to make 7/10 into a mixed number or improper fraction?

What do you mean "make it into"? 7/10 is less than 1, and mixed numbers and improper fractions are greater than 1. So to make it into one of those, you'd have to change the value. It wouldn't be equal to 7/10 any more.
