How can I get my blackjack phone to work with my Ford Sync?

Just bought a new Ford Edge limited that has the Sync system. I can get the phone to hook up to the system via bluetooth, but I can't get the phone book to download. I know technically, the blackjack doesn't have that capability. Does anyone know of any hacks or programs I can install on it so that I can have voice activated dialing?
