I have a 2003 dodge stratus ac compressor wont turn on?

I ran a line from the ac compressor to the battery to make it power on. But i want it fixed for real. I have a power probe and.i checked the wiring all the way to the fuze box. I used the power probe to give it power. And it works. But its still not turning on. I switched relays and still no pper. I checked the other relay from the other fuze i borrowed it from. And they are both good. What could it be
