How do I talk to a boy in a bookshop? I think he's a tourist?

well, i saw this tourist guy at a bookshop in the mall (i know he's a tourist because i live in malaysia and he was blonde and carrying a backpack and looking at a malaysian tourist guide book) and he was so cute...how do i talk to guys in bookshops? ahhhhh he was so cute :p ok i feel stupid. i probably wont see him again, but if i do, what should i do? i cant just be like...hi...he'll think im retarded...o.o
