If you are in love with someone but they seem to not love you anymore should you move on?

I really love this guy and there has been some difficulties with lying in our relationship and we have onl been togeter for abut 3 months. The last time we saw eachother he seemed to be drifting away from me and he says it is becauseI seem to be do the same to him whichis not true. Is he trying to tell me he can do better and does not want to see me anymore?
