First day of induction phase atkins. idk if im doing it right. plzz help.?
so woke up had 2 scrambled egg, 3/4 of a medium sized tomato and 10 black olives. i used loive oil to ook the eggs. didnt feel hungry all day bt had a couple of chicken stripes as a snack. then in the eening i had a big salad filled with lettuce a few black olives, tomatoes, cheder cheese, parmasean cheese and about 30-40 chciken stripes. it all came under 200 caloies. but is this all under 20 carbs? and am i doing it right? ( i felt really good condiering its my first day after these two meals i dont feel hungry at all. also im trying to dink as much water as i can)
