Could we finally be prego? sorry if tmi?

ok last period was june 13. i had lighter cycle than ususal and had the ewcm on the 22-25 we bd as soon as f left until the cm disappeared. twodays after i went try i had a really thick white cloudy muscas when i went tothe bathroom. im at 10 dpo and im tiered my head is killing me and my are tender. teh only pms symptom i have is the headaches. my cyles are on average 30 days with a longer leutal phase than normal. so when could i test could we have finally did it this month?? oh and i had cramping on poss ovulation day and a little cramping the last few days. white discharge last few days but more like lotion
