What should I do at QB?

Freeman's been hot and is playing for a playoff spot this week, Flacco's got good WRs but hasnt utilized them in recent weeks. A lot of people are high on Shaun Hill, but after watching Vick get stumped by the MN blitzes, I dont anticipate a good game from him this week. Jay Cutler has been lucky in the TD department in recent weeks, and I dont think he'll sit versus a division rival playing for a playoff spot.
