I was ulted by a 40-50 year old man?

I was walking with one of my friends, and supposedly he has had problems with my friend, because they are neighbors, and they don't like each other. so anyway he has a little trail in his yard that leads to powerlines, its a shortcut to my friends house. i was walkin thru, and me and my friend sat down for a little to take a break. and he started takin our bikes and throwing them. we got up and were like dude what are u doing? well there was actually 2 other kids, but they didnt do anything. so rewind. were all sittin down, he takes the other two kids bikes, and starts throwin then , me and my friend got up and were just holding our bikes lookin at him, and hes like ay gimme ur bikes, and i said no cmon, im sorry, and then he grabs me by the throat, and pushes me back VERY violently, it actually knocked the wind out of me, that hard. and then he took my bike, and threw it on the pile. and then we said were sorry can we have our bikes back, and then hes like we dont have a problem with u guys comin threw here but THIS kid (my friend) always has a problem, and then my friends like WHAt are u talkin about, then he threw the bike at his leg, and made it bleed. bad, then hes like dont come back here or else ill beat ur ***. so we called the police, and they wanna kno if we would like to press charges. should we? because my friend who supposedly has a problem with the owner, lives right next door to him, and would probably hurt him when he gets out of jail right? IDK give me ur advice. IS this guy a lunatic or is it just me ? THANKS!
