Girl situation?

theres this girl i really like but i hav a problem talkin to her. I have talken to her before on aim n there was no problem but wen i see her in person i lose all my confidence n i become a walkin studder machine is there anythin i can do. I have many friends tha are girls but i dont have a prob talkin to them anyway it seems to me tha she liked me but wen i keep comin up blank n soundin stupid i think she got over tha is there anythin i can do to get my confidence back.
