Chemistry: how to measure calcium in cheese?

this is my chem project proposal. I plan to measure calcium by titration with EDTA. I think this is very promising. I am wondering to precipitate lipid and protein by simply boiling the cheese solution. Then I'll start to titrate with EDTA because there is no other significant ingredients in cheese to affect my experiment?? Give me some advices. Thankx :)
